Design Process
Briefing Stage
During the briefing stage, we engage in a series of conversations to delve deep into your world and lifestyle preferences. We listen attentively to your ideas, inspirations, budget, and practical requirements, while also sharing our insights and recommendations.
This phase revolves around understanding your distinct vision and personality, allowing us to translate it into your project seamlessly.
Concept Development
As we delve into the design process, we'll present a series of concept mood boards to illustrate our vision. We'll explore furniture options and layout possibilities with detailed floor plans. Our presentation will also include sample boards with fabric options and hard finishes so you begin to visualise your Interiors.
Design Development
Before we finalise your project, we offer a chance for some final tweaking and detailed review. Your feedback is invaluable during this phase as we refine our design into one cohesive plan.
We will create detailed designs with final mood boards, floor plans and elevations and confirmed furniture and finishes. With these in hand, we can finalise the scope of work and construction plans, and smoothly manage the
procurement process ahead.
Procurement and Construction Management
We take care of sourcing and purchasing everything your space requires, from flooring and fabrics to furniture and distinctive vintage pieces. Working alongside our reliable network of contractors, joiners, upholsterers, curtain and furniture makers, we oversee the entire process, so you don’t have to.
Implementation
We take charge of managing the contractors, working closely with them to ensure seamless execution. From start to finish, we’re dedicated to keeping the project on schedule and running smoothly.
In this final stage, where we install furniture, we can also assist with styling to complete the process.
